POUR IT UP (THE TEA, OBVIOUSLY!)

I`m constantly looking for tips about natural curly hair care and yesterday I found a pretty good one. I`m talking about tea rinse. I found out that tea rinse helps decrease the hair shedding, promotes the hair growth, softens and helps hair manageability.
All you have to do is add to boiled water 1 or 2 tea bags and let it steep at least for 30 minutes. Then you pour the tea before or after conditioned you hair. You could also use an empty spray bottle to avoid mess and be more precise. After this procedure you can choose to rinse your hair or use the tea as a leave-in: it`s up to you!
This was my first tea rinse, so I decided to be safe and rinse it all out with cold water. Finally, I braided all my head and let my hair dry.
I instantly saw shinier and definitely soft to the touch hair.

What do you think about it? Did you ever tried a tea rinse? Was it helpful?
