I absolutely love colour, to be vibrant and out there most of the time.
Sometimes you just need a staple black co-ord to get through the day!

Pink Clove is a fabulous brand of plus size clothing that specialises in sizes from 16 to 28. You can have a look at my last look here with this beautiful brand.

I'm not going to share to much today because I've got food waiting for me.

All I have to say is enjoy your holidays, stuff your face until you drop and I hope you get to spend some real time with the people that you love the most.

My go-to outfit

London, UK

We are fast approaching Christmas and the end of the year at this point.
I don't have any particular plan in place for this holidays, but I definitely booked enough time to relax and recharge for an amazing start in 2020.

Christmas came a bit early for me since a very exciting collaboration with a plus size brand called Pink Clove came about unexpectedly. I had the pleasure of working with Pink Clove before and I absolutely loved the dress that I received so I jumped on the possibility of creating new outfit ideas.

Pink Clove is a fabulous brand of plus size clothing that specialises in sizes from 16 to 28.

They are definitely every curvy girl dream turned into reality!

Because I always wait the last second, I still had to run some errands and buy the last Christmas presents for family & friends. My imperative for the day was to be absolutely comfortable running around town. I decided to wear these gorgeous wide feet Western boots, a very stretchy high neck jumper and mom fit jeans.
To add a bit of sass, I paired this casual look with a leopard faux leather jacket and gold statement jewellery.

This is probably one of the go-to outfit that I will carry with me in the new year and will never be tired of showcasing.

So many things happened to me during this year alone and I am quite excited to see what the future will bring. One major thing that I want to master in 2020 is completely being in charge of my life and feeling comfortable in my own skin. I made the conscious decision of sharing more of my life with you guys and I'm so happy to have received so many positive feedbacks.

Thank you for sharing this journey with me x

The holiday season is just around the corner and is about to hit us right in the face if we don't get ready.
Every single year I'm always organising some sort of lituation & gifts exchanging right at the last minute.
I keep telling myself that I work best under pressure so I leave everything right at the end, but I'm just tired of being stressed out all the time.

Since I turned 25, I had a whole revelation about how my life should look like.
I feel the need to be more organised and to start adulting for real.

That's when Paperless Post REAAAALLY comes in handy!

Paperless Post is a wonderful online platform where you can customise online cards, invitations and flyers that reflect your personal style - for weddings, holidays, birthdays and other meaningful events.

I wanted to throw a lil something-something before everyone is too busy drinking eggnog and wearing embarrassing sweaters with reindeers on top so I decided to use Paperless Post to organise the whole event.
It took me quite a while to decide which flyer I wanted to use for my housewarming/Christmas party.
All of the flyers are animated, incredibly detailed and beautifully decorated.
There's something for everyone!

The site is extremely simple to use! All you have to do is to decide what flyer or card you would like to send to your friends and family, edit the card with all of your informations and send them via email. In editing the invitation, you could add your own favourite photo, add gif texts and choose your favourite fonts.

I think this is the best new environmentally conscious formula to organise event in style.
Most of the digital cards are being created by world-famous designers, including Rifle Paper Co., Kate Spade - New York, Oscar de la Rents, Jonathan Adler and more.

One of the best feature that I found while using Paperless Post is the RSVP option.

This is the main screen that you will have once you've sent all of the invitations.
You can clearly see who's invited, if they opened the invite and if they replied already.
This system really helped me a lot in keeping track of who was going to come to my party.
This is such a great way to handle my guests for my party and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Atropa Belladonna BY SHAY & BLUE

London, UK

I am a creature of habit and I am deeply in love with my routine.
When the lovely people at Shay & Blue offered to hook me up with a gorgeous perfume, I didn't know what to say. I didn't want to cheat on my trusted Narciso Rodriguez with somebody else lol

After looking at previous reviews of customers and recognising the amazing quality of the products, I quickly changed my mind.

Shay & Blue is an award winning Boutique Perfumery located in Marylebone London. This unique modern fragrance is characterised by the use of fresh natural scents with real flowers fruit and Spices. All of the fragrances advertised by Shay & Blue are also cruelty free (certiified by Peta), paraben free and phthalate free.

It took me quite a while to decide which perfume to get. There are so many exciting fragrances to choose from and I really took my time pondering what smell was the perfect one for me.

Shay & Blue's Atropa Belladonna eau de parfum is inspired by deadly nightshade, and is a richly decadent scent with top notes of first dark cassis berries, heart notes of white narcissus jasmine, and base notes of sandalwood and patchouli.
I never got this many compliment ever before for a perfume that I was using!

I even had a bit of a mishap where the cat that I was sitting broke by accident my first perfume. I really didn't know what to do so I've contacted immediately the PR team at Shay & Blue that promptly sent me a second perfume.
I was truly impressed by how quickly they helped me out!

You can find this amazing scents in most retail places such as Marks & Spencer, Harvey Nichols and Perfume Society.

Thank you so much Shay & Blue again for taking care of me!

A week from today I will celebrate my 25th birthday.

In case you didn't know, I was born and bred in Italy by Nigerian parents. I've lived in Italy most of my life, my first language is Italian and the best food that I've ate is Italian.
Italy is a big chunk of my story and sometimes it's frustrating when I have to explain and somehow "validate" the fact that I'm Italian.
It always seems like a joke when the words "I'm Italian" come out of my mouth. People look at me like I'm trying to get a reaction from them or I must be getting confused with another nationality.

At the end of last year, I've decided to take a leap and move from a stable full time job into a part time position and work on my blog every single moment that I had free.
Nearly 8 months has gone since then and I think I can probably give you a proper update and a small insight of how I'm finding my new life.

Deciding to change my job and routine was a difficult decision but also the right one.

My body definitely got used to the old routine so it was just a case for me to start a different routine and take it from there. Now I've taken up going to the gym regularly, taking classes that I've never had time to take before and going out with friends that I didn't see for months.

When you work for an employer, you do expect your money to reach your bank account at the same time every month, you don't have to worry about looking for opportunities to make an income and taxes are taken care of. You have a set routine and, let's be honest: who doesn't love a fixed routine?

After all, we are creature of habits.

The lovely team from Pandora's PR team invited me for an amazing evening out to discover the newest rings & bracelet collection - the Pandora's garden collection inspired by Spring and nature.

At the beginning of this year, I had a surge of energy and such a clear vision of what I wanted to achieve by the end of 2019 that I really scared myself. The intentions and goals that I've set at beginning of January 2019 were to represent women who are not a size 0, caucasian and with straight hair; I wanted to put myself more out there because I am starting to see more women like me, but there are still not enough out there portrayed in the media. In my opinion, there is still a big lack even in the blogger community of diversity and I wanted to do something about it
I've planned blogposts, met up with talented photographers and created amazing blog content for you ladies to read but at some point I got stuck, petrified and completely lost.

3 key tips for naturals that I wish I knew before

Six years ago I still used to straighten my hair. Fresh off the plane from Italy, I first went to Brixton. Seeing many women with beautiful natural hair really inspired me to research natural hair. It was then that I finally decided to let my hair grow naturally and embrace my kinky coily hair.

HAPPY 2019!

Happy New Year peeps!
2018 was a struggle, I'm not gonna lie! I learned so many lessons and developed the foundation to kickstart this 2019 with a new attitude, new passions and a changed mentality. At the end of last year I left a job that wasn't bringing me joy anymore, I started taking care of my health by joining the gym and ACTUALLY using my membership, I've cut out relationships with people that didn't share my views. Overall I started taking care of myself in a way that I've never done before.
